Community Club members may rent the Club’s facilities, including the pool, for parties and other events. Please use the contact form to inquire about a rental.

River Overnight Camping
There are 3 campsites available. Member must camp with guests. No more than 3 tents / 9 people per site
- $15 per night, per site, application required with payment
Riverfront Guests
Members may have up to 8 guests free of charge for day use, anything above that must be a day use rental. – 6am-midnight. No overnight group rentals. Application required.
- $62.50 for 4 hour block – limit 50 people – $50.00 deposit
- $125 for 8 hours block – limit 50 people – $50. deposit
Building Rental
Clubhouse / Office
Rental may not interfere with community meetings (Club – 3rd Thursday at 7:00pm, Civic – 3rd Wednesday at 7:00pm) or other planned community events. Please note that all rentals require a refundable security deposit and application.

Orchard House (capacity 30 max)

Clubhouse (capacity 92 max)
- $200 for 4 hours
- $400 for 8 hours

Pavilion
- Member rental up to 4 hours $40.00
Pool
Pool may not be rented during normal operating hours (12:00pm – 8:00pm daily). Renter must utilize Blue Ridge Acres pool staff at separate cost paid by renter. Please note that members are welcome to hold events or parties at the pool during normal hours provided that the appropriate guest fees are paid for your guests and advance notice is given to pool staff.
- Member rental for up to 4 hours during off hours $160.00 (+ lifeguards)
- Pool Party during open hours
- 1-8 participants – guest fee per guest
- 9-20 participants – $150 (includes extra lifeguard on standby)
- Guest Fees: 14 and older $5.00 per guest, 4-13 $3.00 per guest, under 4 free
- Guest Pass book $35.00 for 10 passes
- Snack Bar Punch Card: $10.00 for 10 $1.00 punches
- Special Fees as established for member events.
